This year, we’re wrapping up Christmas a little differently. While many wonderful agencies in our community provide toys and gifts for families, we want to focus on what our clients need most: keeping a roof over their heads and the lights glowing through the season and beyond.
For over a year, Catholic Charities hasn’t received funding for rental or utility assistance, which is our most-requested service. At the same time, many seniors and families in need are struggling to make ends meet.
That’s why our Christmas program, A Season of Hope, is collecting monetary donations instead of gifts. Your generosity will help pay rent and utility bills, giving families the greatest gift of all: stability, warmth, and peace of mind that lasts long after the wrapping paper is gone.
